This is largely because most of it comes from C&G Neve, a family-run fishing business, based in Fleetwood. Using their own trawler, Artemis, they fish in the Irish sea before landing their catches back at Fleetwood early each morning. They take delivery of our orders on the quayside, then rush it straight to each store. Chris and Gerard Neve are the fourth generation of their family to run the business. Along with us, they supply numerous top hotels and restaurants in the region.
If a supplier can offer something different, we’re not afraid to look beyond the immediate area for our fish. In all, we offer over 30 types of fresh seafood, including Organic Salmon, Sardines and New Forrest Barramundi although due to it being over-fished and classed as endangered, we won't sell Bluefin Tuna.
